How to cook Fantu.
Ingredients:
- Oranges large 4 pc.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- 700 ml of water.
- Carbonated bottled water (BonAqua) 500 ml.
- Sugar 150 gr. or to taste
Recipe:
Well wash fruits brush in warm water.
Thinly grater or a knife to cut them from the peel, squeeze out the juice.
Put a zest and juice in a saucepan.
Add the sugar, pour 700 ml. boiling water, boil for 1-2 minutes, cool and put in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
We filter through a large sieve, diluted with soda and serve.
