Colored pencils for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 100g butter
- 250 grams of flour
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream
- 1/3 tsp. Salt
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Egg for lubrication
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla sugar
- food colorings
Preparation:
Softened butter with powdered sugar fray.
Add the sour cream, egg yolk, vanilla sugar / extract salt.
Add the sifted flour portions perhaps you are limited to 200 grams, but I needed all 250. The dough should be elastic and does not stick to hands. It is necessary to divide the dough into 2 parts, 1/3 and 2/3. Most of the roll out thinly into a rectangle 15 cm wide (approximately). Cover with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. A smaller part of the divide to equal the number of colors of food coloring. Cut the dough into strips (width of all depends on how finely you unrolled rod), about 2.5 or even 3 cm.
